Our Team

Since its inception in 1985, the SARRACS Safety Remote Racking System has been synonymous with safety and reliability in the electrical industry. Originally conceived by a team of visionary Siemens engineers, the system was designed to address a critical need: protecting the industry’s most valuable asset—its people. Recognizing the inherent risks in handling high-voltage circuit breakers, the engineers developed a groundbreaking device that revolutionized safety standards, setting a new benchmark for the industry.

Based in Atlanta, GA, SARRACS has become a trusted nationwide supplier, delivering state-of-the-art remote racking machines to industries across the entire United States.

Over the years, SARRACS has undergone numerous advancements and upgrades, consistently evolving to meet the changing demands of the industry. In 2018, a pivotal moment in its history occurred when SARRACS, LLC, in collaboration with Power Generation & Distribution Services, Inc. (PGDS), acquired the patent from Siemens. This joint venture was formed with a singular mission: to preserve and enhance the legacy of SARRACS as the ultimate life-saving safety device in the circuit breaker remote racking sector.
